    In this day and age, your options for a platform to tell your story are practically infinite. Between social media, podcasts, blogs, and video, you can take your pick of a multitude of websites offering unique audiences you previously would never reach. Finding these platforms isn’t always an easy task, but the harder you look, the more people you can reach. As we’ve said before, brand recognition is everything.

    I’ve been honored to be on various industry podcasts lately, including Old Dawg’s REI Network podcast hosted by Bill Manassero. It’s a podcast centered on educating real estate investors and equipping them with little known tips for finding greater returns on their investments. It was not only an opportunity to share industry knowledge, but a platform tailor-made to put our story directly into the hands of potential investors.

    Every company, along with every person working there, has a story to tell. It’s our duty to tell that story, because if we don’t, no one else will. I believe firmly that ours is a story worth telling; that our company has a team worth getting behind. Our goal of 10,000 units isn’t just a goal, it’s an inevitability. It’s an inevitability that we won’t achieve behind the scenes, because we’re constantly broadcasting an open invitation for anyone to follow us along the way.

    It’s a simple and open-ended innovation in a professional landscape where no one else is doing that. You can’t find the level of communication and commitment to transparency anywhere else. We’re all about pushing the market, and in an age of digital influencers and micro-entertainment, it’s time to join the conversation. That’s why you won’t stop hearing from us and hearing about us. When we win, we’re going to tell you. When we lose, you’ll see the effort and dedication to figuring out what went wrong and how we can use that opportunity to come back twice as strong.
