This is a truly bustling week for Rockstar! I’m proud to announce that we have received our first-ever international award recognition in the form of The Stevie Award’s Great Employers! It’s an incredible distinction that I couldn’t be more proud to achieve. Specifically, I’m proud of our incredible management teams that make Rockstar an incredible place to work, worthy of worldwide recognition.

Our culture at Rockstar is something we take very seriously. It makes or breaks a company; it’s our number one priority more often than not. I speak often about valuing heart over talent, that’s what our culture is built around. When you build a family culture around heart, you have to constantly work to maintain it and protect it.

It’s no easy task. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a management team that I can trust to maintain and cultivate that culture every day. Without their efforts and belief in what this company can achieve, I wouldn’t be writing this today.

Our company isn’t perfect, no company is, but I sleep easy each night knowing that when an issue arises, my team will rise to the occasion to take care of it. I will always be the first to take the blame but know that my team believes that the Rockstar name means something. If we aren’t living up to our own standards and reputation, we all feel that at our core.

Having a company and team you can be proud of and place your own personal stake in is invaluable. It’s what makes Rockstar one of the most rewarding and fulfilling parts of my life every day.
